    Cancellations and Refunds

    Note:  Orders made after operating hours will be processed the following day despite the selected delivery time.

    1. Cancellation

      Cancellation of orders is dependent upon the delivery option chosen during the checkout process. You may not be entitled to a cancellation of your order once the order has been shipped. If you choose to  cancel your order after it has been shipped, ZyppsKart or ZyppsKart vendors (sellers) shall have the right to charge you a cancellation fee which will be the total delivery cost and up to 25% of the cost of your order. ZyppsKart will also have the right to charge you a cancellation fee for the orders cancelled by ZyppsKart for the reasons specified under clause 1(iii) of this cancellation and refunds policy. In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to ZyppsKart and its delivery partners, ZyppsKart will not charge a cancellation fee.

      1. Our vendors reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:

        1. in the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us;

        2. unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of making the order; or

        3. unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order;

    1. Refunds & Exchanges

      You shall be entitled to a refund or exchange where:

        1. your order packaging has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery

        2. you did not receive your package five (10) business days after your chosen delivery window
        3. an item in your order has become out of stock

        4. the item is refundable (falls within an eligible category for refunds).
        5. the refund request falls within the agreed terms of transaction as stated by the vendor.

    All refund amounts shall either be credited to you as ZyppsKart store credit or creditied to your virtual Zypps reloadable or to a credit/debit card account within 30 days or in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit/debit card.

    Customers may file a dispute with ZyppsKart for a refund where:

        1. the claim is made within 20 business days post purchase;

        2. communication between seller and vendor regarding the dispute in question exists solely on ZyppsKart;

    KaribKart makes no guarantees as to the resolution of any disputes filed with us. ZyppsKart reserves the right to exercise sole discretion in all dsputes filed.

    ZyppsKart reserves the right to make chnages to these policies without notice. It is the sole responsibility of our users to ensure they are up-to-date with ZyppsKart's policies.
