    Providing better customer service and quality of service to our customers through a blog

    We want to provide our customers withh best service possible using all the tools including social media to communicate with and allow our customers to optionally share their experiences. We pride ourselves in the quality of service and products we provide our customers and of such we are proud when our customers share their expierences of using KaribKart with friends and familiies. That is what we provide the convenience and tools for our customers to share such experienes with and through their favorite social media outlets.

    We provide a blog at KaribKart to:

    1) Help educating our customers

    Blogging is one of the many channels we provide to educate our customers about the products/services that we offer. Our aim is to continually improve the quality of our services to our customers. We find that by providing useful information to our customers about our products, they are can make more informed decisions about their purchases and expectations. We also use this blog feature to sometimes provide tutorials in regard to the use of our products.

    For example: We provide online recipees Therefore, we sometims write tutorials about how to use the recipees to buy the important ingredients and prepare the meals in the recipees. While talking about these things, we often mention products in the recipees and provide link to the products within the recipiees pfor easier purchases at KaribKart.
